Emily is on year 14 of her yoga journey. She focuses on calming the mind, soothing the nervous system, and presence in the body using asana and breathwork as a distraction from the mind's endless chatter. A certified yoga instructor since 2016, she has over 8 years experience teaching others how to live in the now both on and off of the mat.

Chair Yoga
Kathie’s purpose and journey in life has always been about mental clarity and body and mind restoration.
Her passion for Chair Yoga comes from her own experience with a serious back injury. This taught her that the body can be healed, even with handicaps and physical limitations. Kathie had to figure out how to continue her yoga journey with the support of a chair,
starting with proper alignment. She had to re-teach herself the four basics of Yoga.: Forward Fold,Goddess Pose,Chair Pose and Spinal Twist and plenty of patience .
Finally, she was able to do a full half hour. She is an example of perseverance.
Her extensive expertise includes Certified yoga, instructor, chair yoga instructor, Bosu training for balance, AAFA certified personal trainer, certified water aerobics Instructor, Ballroom Dance Instructor, meditation and all things related to the health of mind and body.
Kathie‘s goal is to have her student step into the best version of themselves. Her love of people and their health and well-being are her passion.

Yoga, Massage

She values the discipline of a consistent yoga practice and greatly appreciates the benefits of regular massages. You’ll see Lisa out in Conway spreading the love for life with her family and community :)
Yoga found me at many times throughout my life. First, as a 90-minute Hatha Yoga class I didn't think I would survive, and even as a course in high school. It wasn't until I was in college that I turned my heart to the practice. There's a desire within me to transform consciously and yoga teaches me how. My teachers, the texts, and the voice within shape my teaching. If you're interested we can find more (freedom) together.
Meditation, Calisthenics, Vinyasa
My yoga journey began with a 21 day hot yoga challenge at Hot House Yoga in Ormond Beach. I wanted to prove to my cousin PJ that I could do yoga better than she could. I knew nothing about yoga except that it was for girls. Thank God I was wrong. Those 21 classes changed the course of my life and most of the time in unforseen ways.
In short, Yoga makes me a better Me. Not instantly and not on my schedule, but it works. It works even if you don't give a shit about meditation. And it works even better if you do. It is a proven process of self-transformation.
That's why I teach yoga.

Yoga and Massage
It was an injury in college that led me to my yoga practice. I was told surgery was my only option and that my condition would only get worse. This direction led me down the path of using movement as medicine, and I was drawn to yoga and pilates for the emphasis on core strengthening, as it was an abdominal injury I was looking to manage and heal. After having the realization that simply mental stress was aggravating my injury I leaned more on my yoga practice for the attention to mindfulness and the power of the breath to ease my mind and bring me inner peace. Now, more than 15 years later I have yet to require surgery and am able to manage the stress of modern living more than ever before.I began my teaching career with children in the Charleston County public schools in 2013, and have been sharing yoga ever since. It is the most rewarding work for me because I've seen it first hand change lives for the better and help to build my student's self care tool belt to make surfing the waves of life more easeful and graceful. It is an honor and a privilege to open a studio in my hometown of Conway, SC!

Vinyasa
Yoga caught my attention when I was a freshman in college. I had been an athlete my whole life and was didn’t know what to dedicate my time to and that’s when yoga fell into my lap. I took as many classes as I possibly could, learned (a lot), and began teaching before I knew it. I fell in love with the practice and I wanted to share that passion with others. I continue to teach today because in this practice there is always room for growth. Whether I am in a class or teaching the class, I am always learning. Yoga brings people together and I am stoked to be a part of this new Yogadelic community!

Vinyasa and Yin
Rachael’s yoga journey began about six years during a season when her body could no longer move the way it once had. After a lifetime of being active, she found herself on the floor, asking for just five minutes of movement each day. What began as a practice of healing soon became a path of resilience, self-discovery, and transformation.
During one of her earliest yoga practices, Rachael felt a deep calling toward teaching. Although it would be years before she stepped into that role, she knew yoga would become an important part of her life’s work.
As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Rachael loves guiding students through Vinyasa, Yin, and Vin-to-Yin classes that balance movement, mindfulness, and rest. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is about more than poses—it is an opportunity to connect with yourself, build resilience, and find balance both on and off the mat.
Drawing from more than twenty years in health, wellness, coaching, and service-centered leadership, Rachael creates classes that are welcoming, uplifting, and authentic. Her hope is that every student feels safe to show up exactly as they are and leaves with a deeper sense of connection to themselves. Above all, she hopes students discover that home is not a place they have to find - it’s something they can cultivate within themselves.
